In this first lesson, we go over the importance of core values and give you examples that you can use to create your own.
In this lesson, you will learn about the three steps of project management: sales, client communication, and on-site management. This is the system we have successfully used for over 15 years with our own contracting company. We also show you the Client Engagement Agreement and Subcontractor Agreement we use to establish clear expectations with clients and crews.
We have created 16 company organization charts that show the structure from one man in a truck to a multi-dimentional large business. It allows us to identify where your company is in it’s development and then show you where you’re going next. We will use this to identify a 5 year goal for your business that you can see. This is also where we identify potential levels where your business can be self-sustainable and eventually allow you to step out for your retirement.
Our entire process is built on the use of our software, ProServe Software. Even if you don’t want to use our software, it is vitally important to use one because of the organization and insight it provides. In this lesson, we will teach you how to integrate you own process with a software to make your business better and more profitable.

As the owner of a contracting company, you have to make time to work “on” your company and less time working “in” your company. In an industry where clients, vendors, crews, and everyone else are trying to take away your time, you must take control of it. Whether you're just starting out or been in business for 30 years, Clark's passion is to help teach and provide insight to any sized company.
Jared has played a key role in founding and growing 5 multi-million dollar companies in the Construction Industry. He is an experienced coach that enjoys helping contractors reach their full potential.
